Exercise and proper nutrition can work in your favor

We are all aware of the importance of exercise and nutrition at all stages in life. Seniors enrolled in our Group medical plans will have access to our retiree assistance program called Manage My Health.  This will give seniors access to a variety of health and wellness support which can provide personalized exercise routines and healthy eating tips designed specifically for anyone age 60 or over. As a result, you can lead a healthier, happier life and delay or prevent the onset of many acute and chronic medical conditions.

 

Physical Health

When you retire, you may lose out on previously available opportunities to stay active within a typical work schedule. While you may no longer walk during the lunch hour, there are plenty of opportunities to schedule physical activity in your new routine.

Nutritional Guidance

As you age the role of nutrition becomes increasingly important to your well-being. The benefits of proper nutrition include increased mental awareness, higher energy levels, faster recovery times from ailments and a higher reistance to illness.
